Quick-Lift Arm 35 is an economic version of our other Quick-Lift Arm systems with the ability to program end effectors through it's system. It is an ergonomic, advanced lift assist device with lifting capacity 35kg. It is easily installed and includes a floormounted pillar, a motor unit, an articulated aluminium arm and an ergonomic manoeuvre handle. The Quick-Lift Arm 35 working radius is 3.15m. The Quick-Lift Arm 35 just needs to be connected to a 3 phase power outlet and is then ready for action. Simple and easy to use, Quick-Lift Arm 35 decreases ergonomic injury and noticeably improves productivity in a work station without neglecting precision and safety. How Easy Is This?
With just a feather touch on the patented lift handle and our Quick-Lift Arm 35 unit leaps into controlled action. Where the hand goes, so the load follows. It is truly the closest thing to the bionic hand since the TV series “Six Million Dollar Man”. When the manoeuvre handle is released the lifted product is in balance and can be lifted and lowered for precise positioning without the use of the control handle. The speed is variable up to 0.5m/sec.
