We have 3 types of pallet dispensers. Side entry and hook tine dispenser can be incorporated into conveyor lines or used as stand alone equipment. In-line pallet dispensers are only used in conveyor lines. Alternatively, when run in reverse they can be used as pallet accumulators.
In Line Pallet Dispenser
In line pallet dispensers were designed to be mounted above conveyor lines so that the structure of the dispenser straddles the conveyor. Telescoping tines project over a hydraulic lift table that has chain conveyor built into its platform. The pallet stack is forked or conveyed onto the lift table, which raises and lowers to position the stack adjacent to the tines. Individual pallets are then dispensed onto the conveyor.
