MRDAC1300 Electric Winder
• Powered by a 2.2Kw, 240V A.C. brake motor with inverter speed control (a potentiometer is fitted to the meter head).
• A programmable metric electronic counter, which also allows for the winder to be recalibrated.
• A slow down speed operates 12 metres before) the end of a preset cable length (adjustable).
• A hydraulic ram with an electric/ hydraulic pump is fitted to allow for drum size adjustments and ejection.
• Drum inching can be achieved by using the 2x forward reverse jog buttons.
• A proximity switch is built into the handgrip on the meter head dead man switch.
• The inverter has 2 speed ranges & an automatic switch off of the winder at the end of the preset cable length.
• Roll on roll off loading of cable drums eliminates lifting.
• This winder is designed to run parallel to cable racking.

• Programmable metric, electronic counter allows for the winder to be recalibrated.
• Automatic switch-off of winder at the end of preset cable length.
• Electronic encoder on the measure wheel, paired with the electronic counter, gives an accurate measurement of cable.
• A speed control pot is fitted to the meter head for better operator control of winding speed.
• A slow down speed operates 10 metres from the end of preset cable length.
• Automatic switch-off of winder at the end of preset cable length.
• A secondary drive system allows for winding of loose coils and smaller drums.
• Drum capacity/maximum diameter is 2000kg/1600mm.
