A complete packaging line in one compact machine that seals the tops of bagged products as they travel along a 1.08 metre conveyor. Seals polythene, prolypropylene, PVC, laminate aluminium/film and paper/poly coated bags. Choice of horizontal and vertical models both with castors and thermostat temperature control.
Hand Held Band Sealer
Seals polythene, polypropylene and laminate bags up to 2 x 200um thick. Seal width 3mm. When combined with the PMP3553 Transport System and the stand PMP3552, as illustrated, you have a complete packing line. The conveyor speed is variable from 1 to 10 metres per minute and the unit has lockable castors for easy mobility. Maximum bag height using the PMP3551 Band Sealer: 700mm. Conveyor dimensions: length 2.7m, width 180mm, height adjustable from 660mm to 1000mm. Power: 240V, single phase, 2amp.
Horizontal Band Sealer
Seals magazines etc. while lying flat. Conveyor width 200mm, conveyor speed adjustable from 1 to 10 metres per minute, 7 or 10mm sealing widths. Conveyor and sealing head tilts up to 30o and conveyor sealing head distance is adjustable for larger items.
Vertical Band Sealer
For upright bags of powders, fruit, vegetables etc. Conveyor width 250mm, conveyor speed 0 to 10 metres per minute, seal width 10mm bag height 90 to 430mm. Sealing head tilts up to 90°.
