Heavy duty tiping bins are manufactured from 3mm plate, they have a low profile design that allows for versatility in confined areas, while bins are stackable to conserve space. The release mechanism can be activated by the operator pulling a cord from the drivers seat. Having a forward centre of gravity enables the bin to tip when the release mechanism is activated. After emptying, lower the bin and drive backwards to automatically close. A large shock absorber prevents impact forces being transmitted to the forklift mast during emptying. These jumbo bins have additional welded strengthening ribs and have a galvanised finish as standard but also optionally available in a painted finish.
