Lifting and transporting thin steel sheet (below 6 mm thickness) is now a breeze with Mag-Frame. It employs a series of strong, shallow-field, multi-pole magnet elements of both Neodymium (Rare Earth) and Ferrite materials to lift and carry one sheet at a time. A specially designed cam and lever system enables the sheet to be peeled for discharge at will. The hand-operated discharge lever has a fail-safe locking mechanism for safety.
This frame is made to customer’s requirements. Please confirm sheet size, thickness & weight when requesting an offer. Mag-Frame can be custom designed for use forklifts, cranes or hoists and provides a three to one safety factor.
