Built for tough demanding environments the powerful, modular, portable Miniveyors are like no other conveyors on the market. The impressive 3metre lightweight 77kg (for the 400mm version) and 91kg for the 520mm sections are constructed of aircraft grade anodized aluminium sides, a stainless steel slider bed top and bottom and a high density foam core, which make Miniveyors extremely strong. The belts are made of a high frequency, fire retardant, self-extinguishing, non stick PVC. Miniveyors are powered by 220/240V single phase drums running at 0.32 -0.4metres per second and can be daisy chained together to form a complete system for all distances. Miniveyors are manufactured with safety in mind. There are no pinch points and the electrical system incorporates several safety aspects. Miniveyors are powered by a 138mm diameter Rulmeca drum motor. These motors are self-contained and hermetically sealed. These compact portable conveyors can be placed adjacent to large, fast moving conveyor belts for the purpose of “carry back” and also for removing fallen product from the larger belts.

Miniveyors are used in the following mining applications: diamond, gold, coal, iron ore, nickel, coke, copper, potash and more. Miniveyors come in different sizes and are also available in 415V 3 phase.
