The Rotator performs the awkward task of rotating structural beams, 90 degrees, in seconds, free of risk to the operator, and free of handling equipment abuse.

The Rotator is principally designed to turn mill bundles of beams so the web is horizontal for conventional stacking. It has other applications, too, such as stacking bundles and rotating rectangular tubing. The cycle time is about 30seconds & there is no wasted motion as The Rotator is functional in both directions. There is no need to unhook the slings while turning the loads, further expediting the handling.

There are three hydraulically powered stands, each with up to 7000kg capacity, and spaced to handle 6 to 18metre material.
