WALL-MAN® Pneumatic Safe Personnel Access Platforms-Wall Mounted

WALL-MAN® platforms are pneumatically operated access systems designed to be used in hazardous or flammable environments. They improve the safety & efficiency of many tasks including; assembly, welding, inspection, painting, preparatory jobs, sand blasting, masking, sanding, polishing, wash downs etc. where quick and flexible access in the height is required. The installation is easy and they demand very little maintenance. The design is either standard or custom lift systems and work platforms, essentially three-dimensional with all controls (up/down, left/right, in/out) easily accessible in the cage where there is also a connection for the compressed air. WALL-MAN® will improve profitability by providing enhanced safety, productivity, working environments and finishing quality as well as direct cost savings.

One typical environment is paint spray booths, where the advantages of WALL-MAN® can be fully utilised. Mounted on the side-walls, it provides access to the entire work area, leaving the floor free. An optimal working position enhances the quality of the finish and reduces strain and fatigue. Users report lower levels of sickness, absence and improved transfer efficiencies along with reduced overspray in spray booth applications, yielding direct cost savings.
