Forklift mounting of battery operated vacuum lifters makes handling of materials safe, versatile & manoeuvrable. This Australian designed and made range is available in four capacities of 500, 1000, 1500 & 2000kg. Vacuum lifters are a reliable, efficient and economical means of handling nearly all smooth, non-porous materials, such as glass, stone, metal, concrete, plastics, timber and laminates. There are horizontal versions and rotate versions that can orientate work pieces up to 90 degrees. An optional function allows materials to be also swivelled 355 degrees. The 90 degree rotate & 355 degree swivel functions can be either manual or powered functions. The units consist of high capacity vacuum pads that can be arranged in a straight or “H” pattern & individual pads can be turned on or off. These are high quality battery operated units, and constructed to comply with the Australian Standard AS4991-2004. Being Australian made, after sales service and parts are readily available and they have a full 12 month warranty. They come with an integrated audible and visual alarm, safety warning system that operates should any potential incident be identified. The fork pockets have locking screws & the units are supplied with a safety retention chain.
