There are two pneumatically operated balancer types available.
A freestanding column mounted unit, BFC75, with an articulated arm.
A unit that can be mounted into our or existing crane rails, BFB75, for applications on jibs or gantries.
The two joints on the articulated units, of the BFC75 model, rotate a full 3600 and the total arm length is 3000mm. Both types have a 75kg capacity working at 7 bar and a 2000mm lift stroke
The arms are available with optional parking brakes on the articulations. This prevents spontaneous movements of the articulated arm.
There is also available ceiling mounted version, BFA75 that can be used either in a fixed position or sliding on rails.
The freestanding unit is optionally available with a transportable, forklift able, base.
A vast range of end effectors is available for these balancers. They include: hooks, vacuum pads, grippers, tongs, grabs, magnets and an awesome array of custom designed end effectors.
