There are two air-operated systems:
Straight Rail, 2-axis with air driven wheels to the floor.
Curved Rail, 3-axis with air driven friction drive to the curved rail.
They increase worker productivity and safety while decreasing workers' compensation costs due to falls and other injuries. These access units are safe for use in paint booths and other hazardous locations. They allow operators to adjust position for varying size products. The curved track units are available with 410mm side shifting operator platform providing full 3axis access. Curved guide rails maximize the use of the lift as one unit can service both sides and one end of product. The foot operated power activation allows for smooth, precise control and safe, fast, hands free completion of tasks, whilst working at height.
