The design is such that the heavier the gas bottle is the tighter the rubber coated gripping feet grab. They do not interfere with the valves and are certified to comply with AS1418. Because of the differential in gas bottle diameters one grab cannot lift both oxy and acetylene bottles. The appropriate grab must be ordered to suit either gas bottle.
