The latest Longspan LS600 system fabricated by SSI Schaefer is a result of adapting the strength and quality of the original European WR600 system for the needs of customers in the Asia Pacific region.
Warehousing and order picking are constantly challenged by the extensive variety of products presented and the limited storage space available. The LS600 system is hence designed to optimise storage options within minimum space, for all medium-duty warehouse applications.
● Hand-Loaded Storage
The LS600 system is intended for hand loaded storage method, where products stored is placed onto the beams or shelves, and picked from them manually. Shelves may be selected in particleboard, steel or wire mesh. There are many accessories such as dividers, back & side panels, support bars flooring deck etc.
● Multi-tier Solution
With the ability to go multi-tiered up to 4 tiers, the new LS600 system is a extremely versatile choice for maximising available storage space. Not only can the customer choose to expand storage capacity vertically when the need arise, the LS600 system also offers a comprehensive range of decking and accessory options.
● Size range
End framesare available in 1900, 2400 & 3000mm heights & 400, 600, 800, 1000 & 1200mm depths. The end frame uprights are 60mm face width & 50mm deep with 50mm beam pitch. The standard “U” beams are section is 50 x 50 x 1.5mm thick and supplied in standard lengths of 1200, 1800 & 2400mm. Other beams available to special order are 80mm(U), 65mm(Z), 90mm(Z) & 110mm(Z). Capacity per beam levels are 910kg - 1200mm bay, 710kg - 1800mm bay & 570kg - 2400mm bay.
● Design & Safety Standards
The LS600 system is designed in accordance with FEM 10.2.02, FEM 10.2.03 and FEM 10.2.04 international standards. Standard requirements for SEMA codes, ISO, DIN, JIS and safety standards are also met.
