These pallet racking column protectors are an ingenious, simple design & extremely effective. The 850mm high heavy angle post with a 100mm compression spring & an integrated rubber buffer is simply bolted to the concrete floor & to the pallet frame column. They can be used with standard Schaefer selective racking & are an absolute “bargain” for drive in & drive through racking. These protectors are a great investment & actually pay for themselves compared to the safety & financial consequences of repairing damaged racking.
There are 2 models either for 90 or 115mm face width racking columns.
