The Altrac jibs have a smaller scope than the gantry cranes, and can be a useful tool for repetitive work station operation, such as stacking objects on pallets or simply moving them from one fixed point to another.

Our jib cranes can be rated up to 1000kg MRC. The maximum length of the jib arm is dependent on the amount of weight to be lifted. The lightweight Altrac rail and with Altrac Trac Trolleys make these manual jib cranes easy for the operator to move with or without a load. The unique design of these trolleys allows them to run smoothly and easily even when the load is being pulled off-centre.

Like the gantry system, manual, electric, pneumatic, vacuum hoists or Intelligent Lift devices can be coupled to our jib cranes to meet your specific needs.

Available in Maximum Rated Capacities (MRC) of 50, 125, 160, 250, 320 and 500 and 1000kgs. The reach (jib length) is from 2 to 5metres in 500mm increments. Please nominate the height to the underside of the jib rail of freestanding units when ordering.

Supply includes the appropriate load trolley, anchor bolts, signage, serial plate and certification to AS1418. Includes post and pivot for freestanding units and beam mounting clamp and pivot for wall mounted units. Civil and concrete floor structure for freestanding units are to be approved by others.
