Moment-absorbing manipulator

 

MechStick is a manipulator for handling and stacking loads up to 70 kg with a moment up to 400Nm. The lifter has a lift stroke of up to 2000mm and is available in an electric or a pneumatic version. The electric version is controlled by joystick via a frequency converter, giving a step less lifting speed. The pneumatic version is controlled with a lift cylinder and its control units. For heavier loads refer to the 250kg capacity MechStack device.

 

MechStick can be mounted on for example a wall, and constitutes then an assembly or stacking station. Alternatively, it can be mounted in a rail system and then also combined with Powerdrive for precision controlled sideway motions.

 

Typical applications for MechStick is for example handling of doors, windows, metal plates, mounting of various vehicle components when a large reaching range is necessary as for hoods and sunroofs, product stacking into racks, and many more.
