MechChain. Easy-to-control variable speed chain hoist

 

MechChain is a chain hoist with great manoeuvring capabilities that is controlled by joystick via a frequency converter for a step less lifting speed. It is more flexible than a standard hoist and suitable when a very well controlled and precise movement is desired.

 

MechChain is available in the load capacities 63, 80 and 125 kg, and also in an outbalanced version (see MechChain Ergo). Standard lift stroke is 3000mm, but can also be delivered with a lift stroke of up to 7000mm. MechChain is ideally partnered with our Altrac, Gorbel & Mechrail jibs, gantries and monorail cranes

 

Typical applications for MechChain is for example general lift handling with strap or hook, lift within the general manufacturing industry, assembly with high demands on precision, lift with gripper tools for assembly, pallet loading or handling to or from feeder conveyors, roller conveyors and much more.

 

The model, height of lift, type of control unit & attachment device (i.e. hook end effector etc) needs to be nominated when ordering.
