These reel handlers are reliably utilized in the paper, foil and packaging industry where quality, efficiency and utmost safety are the standard. They afford problem free lifting & turning of reels with easy operation by one person. There is no loss of material due to damaged edges, even with sensitive goods. They are highly versatile, allowing facile attachment of the units to existing lifting equipment or our Air & Electric Hoists.
The LRWME reel-handling unit is a 250kg capacity, electropneumatic, version of the LRWM. It does the same job as the LRWM but has a pneumatic expanding core gripper & rotates the reel via an electric driven gear motor. A quick-change system easily changes to a different mandrel size without tools.
