These reel handlers are reliably utilized in the paper, foil and packaging industry where quality, efficiency and utmost safety are the standard. They afford problem free lifting & turning of reels with easy operation by one person. There is no loss of material due to damaged edges, even with sensitive goods. They are highly versatile, allowing facile attachment of the units to existing lifting equipment or our Air & Electric Hoists.
The LLD Lift & Drive reel-handling truck is a mobile, hand pushed reel lifting and turning system with a capacity of up to 150 kg. The easy to use LRWM reel turner is incorporated into a lightweight mobile battery lift stacker truck. It can handle reels up to 800mm diameter & 600mm wide with various size mandrels 70,76,120 & 150mm diameters, available. A quickchange system easily changes to a different mandrel size without tools. An outside clamp option is available for telescoping reels.
