The '200' series bung-entry drum mixer series have lockable and removable turbine style blades. They provide massive material movement as high velocity downward columnar flows, even when slow, low wave eddy current stirring is required. Our mixers give the operator complete control over mixing patterns (or vortices) with the highly adaptable, unique and exclusive Variable Vortex Control.

By incorporating the specially engineered multi-level, multi-blade placement in the design configuration shown, our mixers display nearly one M2 of mixing surface area. This means extrememly high shear mixing power for ultra-efficient, nearly "instant" product homogeneity when compared to antiquated, conventional drum mixing methods. These turbine blades are designed in both zinc plated and stainless steel for bunghole entry or open drum mixing.
