These 350kg capacity units are extremely versatile for depalletising, lifting, rotating, racking, stacking & decanting 205 litre drums.

There are 3 methods of engaging thedrum:
• D series - via a cam locked steel band.
• DG series - via grippers operated by a remote quick action toggle latch.
• DR series - via a screw operated rim clamp that grabs the rims of containers. When rotating with the DR version a webbing band with ratchet buckle secures the drum or container. Lifting the drum is done by hydraulics with a choice of either foot, air or battery/electric operation. Rotating the drum is precisely achieved by a fully enclosed chain drive and crank operated worm gearbox. They can load and off-load pallets and racking vertically or horizontally. For added safety a sprocket guard is now integral with the frame of the D series. Large diameter wheels easily transport & manoeuvre drums with little effort. All three versions may handle various containers, either by replacing the existing 205 litre drum grippers or inserting slippers of a suitable style. A wheelie bin gripper is a popular attachment for high bin dumping. The DR series can lift plastic & fibre drums & barrels with ease. A truck lock type brake is fitted for safe secure decanting & handling. An on board weighing option is available for these lifters.
