AERO-GO Air Flotation Castors literally float massive equipment loads and assemblies on a virtually frictionless cushion of air. Aero-Castors provide a clean, quiet and safe alternative to moving heavy loads. With AERO–GO Air Flotation Castors under a load, hook up to plant air pressure and the Aero-castors will immediately "float" the load on a film of air for easy transport in any direction. Multiple systems handle unlimited weights, relocate machines and move equipment faster and easier than ever before! Long lasting AERO-GO Air Flotation Load Modules can be moved from machine to machine and pay for themselves again and again in time and labour savings capacities to 4000 tonne. One kilogram of force will move 1,000 kilograms and one individual can move up to 4 tonne with complete control. Omni-directional movement allows the operator to precisely place and align the load in a limited workspace. The low profile of the system requires less than 75mm clearance. AERO-GO Air Flotation Castors will not damage floors and expensive reinforcement is usually not necessary.

With the correct diameter & number of castors, huge weights can be easily & safely transported. Shown here is a typical system with mobile manifold, quick connects hoses & AERO-GO modules. Just add a compressor with the appropriate capacity & “the weight is off your shoulders”.
