The mobile vacuum unit is skid or trailer mounted and designed to provide mobility within the plant via a forklift. It is designed for continuous operation utilising a three (3) stage product separation and dust removal process. The polyester filter cloth bags are sequentially reverse pulsed in groups, thus maintaining optimum performance and maximum product recovery. All vacuum unit powerheads are enclosed in an acoustic enclosure to maintain an acceptable noise level. The Pneuvac unit is a self-contained unit which requires only electric power for operation. The electrical control cabinet provides starters and electric interlocks to enable the unit to function automatically. Vacuums can be used not only for simply vacuuming, but a range of pneumatic conveying purposes.
